October 6, Saint Petersburg. Within the confines of The VII Petersburg International Gas Forum (Russian Energy week) the final and awarding of winners of the contest for the best socially focused company of the oil&gas industry and HR conference “Human capital is investment to stable Economy of Russian Federation” took place. Director of public administration and mobilization preparation Vladimir Smirnov took part in the mentioned events.
The participants of the conference discussed questions of labor market, professional engagement and interaction between companies and educational institutions, modifications in labor legislation and elaboration of qualification professional system.
Vladimir Smirnov reported about changes, which have being prepared by Ministry of Education of Russian Federation. According to these modifications Ministry of Energy of Russian Federation will form propositions with control figures of reception of citizens for educational institutions of higher professional education of fuel and energy sector. “It is very important fact for our industry sector,” – noted the Director of Department.
During his welcoming speech to finalists of the contest, Vladimir Smirnov marked that the Ministry considers noting next important directions: solutions of social problems, amelioration of qualities of working conditions also the social policy is pursued by organization of the fuel and energy complex. He had also marked that massive and interesting work in enterprises and in the committee had taken precedency of the final, and unfortunately, it is impossible to show the whole content of done-work. At the same time, the contest aid to identify, to examine and to implement the best practices of socio-active companies, and it also provides growth of fuel and energy complex reputation.
The decision of the contest committee (included representatives of Council of Veterans and Youth Council of Oil and Gas Industry at the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation) the awards received:
PJSC “LUKOIL” for the introduction of an innovative system of personnel development, for the dissemination of the principles of social partnership, the development of new forms of social partnership;
PJSC “Transneft” for a systematic approach to the selection, training and education of workers, engineers and technicians, for effective activity in the field of motivation and increasing the loyalty of employees;
PJSC “NK Rosneft” for the formation of the personnel reserve and support for education in Russia, for creating conditions for a healthy lifestyle, expansion the standards of a healthy lifestyle;
JSC “Surgutneftegas” for creating working conditions that allow preserving the health of employees in the process of labor activity;
PJSC “Gazprom Neft” for taking part in solving social problems of the territories and developing corporate charity;
JSC “Zarubezhneft” for the development of the labor market in the regions of presence, for the development of the labor and personal potential of workers;
PJSC “Tatneft” for the effective development of socio-responsible business;
PJSC “RussNeft” for development of personnel potential and corporate culture.
Special signs on the basis of social work were awarded to PJSC “Rosneft” and PJSC “Transneft”.
