OAO NAK AKI-OTYR held civil defense and emergency response training for personnel

Khanty-Mansiysk. OAO NAK AKI-OTYR, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, carried out a professional upgrade training for the civil defense and emergency response management. The purpose of the training was to upgrade the personnel awareness of the civil defense and emergency response disciplines.

Representative of the Safety Educational Center briefed the students with civil defense forces regulatory requirements, structure, objectives and application procedure as well as types of emergency responses. The training agenda included all aspects of personnel life and safety preservation activities with emphasis on preparation of the employees and creation of material stock for emergency responses. Special focus was given to familiarization with regulations for emergency situations prevention at the hazardous facilities of the Company.

The training was arranged in compliance with the Federal industrial law as well as the Company’s safety standards.

Employees’ life and health preservation, industrial safety and environment protection in the areas of operation of OAO NAK AKI-OTYR are the major priorities and the key conditions for successful development of the company. This activity will be continued in 2013.
