The authorized capital of PJSC “RussNeft” is RUB 196 076 000 and consists of 392 152 000 shares with a par value of 50 kopecks each, including: ordinary shares in the amount of 294 120 000 pcs., representing 75% of the authorized capital of PJSC “RussNeft”; preference shares in the amount of 98 032 000 pcs., representing 25% of the authorized capital of PJSC “RussNeft”. The Company has no treasury and quasi-treasury shares.
