OAO “Belkamneft” has summed up the results of the company’s personnel wellness program for 2011

Izhevsk. OAO “Belkamneft”, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK “RussNeft”, has summed up the results of implementation of the wellness program for personnel in 2011.

This year more than 250 employees and members of their families had rest in health resort institutions of Udmurtia, Bashkortostan and the Perm Territory. In addition, about 300 children of employees of OAO “Belkamneft” visited the camps of Udmurtiya – “Dzerzhinets”, “Beryozka”, “Rosinka” – in Bashkortostan and also in sanatoriums “Stroitel”, “Sosnoviy”, etc. The cost of the health resort voucher for the employee was only 30 percent from its total cost. The remaining part was financed out of the funds of the company as well as subsidies from the budgets of the Udmurt Republic and the Republic of Bashkortostan. Totally OAO “Belkamneft” invested more than 16 million rubles into the realization of health campaign in 2011.
Wellness program – is one of the priority tasks of the company’s social policies. The Company’s management plans to continue paying most serious attention to implementation of social programs for its employees and their families.
