"Varioganneft" is planning to increase oil production in 2011 by 2.3%

Raduzhny, KhMAO. “Varioganneft” (a subsidiary of NK “RussNeft” (RTS; RUSN)) is planning to increase oil production in 2011 by 2.3%. as compared with 2010 – up to 1 million 266.368 thousand tons, as is known from the annual report of the company.

It is pointed out in the report that  with the purpose of fufilment the production program , the joint stoak company is planning to perform this year 280 geological and engineering operations wth additional production volume of about 187.8 tons of oil which is 11.7% more than the analogous figure of the last year.

Besides, the company is expecting sales proceeds growth by the results of the current year by 7.5% - up to 11 billion 851.288 million rubles.

According to the data as of January 1 2001 the recoverable reserves of oil and condensate at Variogan oilfield in the category DC1+C2 amount to 63.446  million tons, of gas – 56.905 billion cubic meters including 28.499 cubic meters are attributed to Senomanian gas deposit.
Nk “RussNeft” owns 50.86% od the shares of “Varioganneft”.
