RussNeft Transferred in March 51% Stake at Udmurt National Oil Company and NGDU Penzaneft to its Balance Sheet

Oil Company RussNeft OAO has transferred in March 51% stake at the Udmurt National Oil Company and NGDU (Field Office) Penzaneft OAO to its balance sheet, the company reported in a statement.

Earlier the company also consolidated 51% of the upstream assets at Belye Nochi OOO, Goloil OOO, Komnedra OAO, Sobolinoye Group, Mokhtikneft OAO and Aky-Otyr OAO.
The press-service of RussNeft explained that the company has been buying the assets hastily and is now going to gradually arrange them in a proper way and to interiorly consolidate them territory- and operation-wise which is needed for transforming it into a full-range vertically integrated company. 
The Udmurt National Oil Company (UNOC) was created in March 1998. It is involved in the development of the Debesskoye, Polomskoye, Buranovskoye, Pibal’shurskoye, Pyzepskoye, Shadbegovskoye and Kuliginskoye oil and gas fields with 15 million tons of total recoverable reserves of crude oil. In February UNOC bought at an auction the Zolotaryovskoye oilfield having paid for it 120 million roubles.
Penzaneft OAO is developing the Verkhozimskoye and Komarovskoye oilfields in the Penza region. Their total recoverable reserves of commercial oils exceed 6 million tons.
