The ambulances have been handed over to Ulyanovsk Oblast in the framework of the doling program for social establishments being implemented basing on the agreement between Ulyanovsk Oblast and NK RussNeft OAO.
20 ambulance cars equipped with the latest medical facilities have been donated to regional health committees. The head of oil company RussNeft Mikhail Gutseriev assured that Russneft will continue to take part in various social and cultural programs in the area and render support in solving the most urgent social and economic problems. According to M. Gutseriev, he is in complete agreement with the Governor, Sergey Morozov, who calls on business to be socially responsible. The Governor informed that by the end of next year the oil men will donate to the Oblast some more ambulance cars.
