OAO NAK AKI-OTYR continues implementing the production drilling programme

Khanty-Mansiysk. OAO NAK AKI-OTYR (OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary) increases drilling of production wells. The works are performed within the drilling programme at the fields of the company. The anticipated increase of the oil output due to the new wells start-up will amount to 182,000 tons of oil.

4 wells were drilled at Pad 76 at Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field with large-volume hydro fractioning. The average start-up flow rate of the new wells made up 110 tpd. Apart from that the works on Pad 15 infrastructure continue. The drilling of the first well has started.
Directional well was drilled at a new Pad 20 at Nizhne-Shapshinskoye field, while horizontal well is being drilled at the Pad. The anticipated flow rate will amount to 70 tpd. 
4 wells have been commissioned by now at Peschanoye field. 7 wells overall are intended to be constructed here. Their start-up will allow additional production of 43,760 tons.
28 production wells as well as 5 horizontal wells are scheduled to be drilled applying frac job this year in compliance with the business plan at OAO NAK AKI-OTYR fields.
Successful implementation of the production drilling programme and well interventions in 2013 will allow OAO NAK AKI-OTYR to produce more than 1.5 mln tons of oil and achieve the planned figures.
