In 2012 Aganneftegasgeologia assigned 514 million rubles for environmental protection program

Khanty-Mansiisk. In 2012 ZAO MPC Agannefterasgeologia (RTS: ANGG) (a subsidiary of RussNeft (RTS: RUSN) in Khanty-Mansi Okrug) assigned 514 million rubles for implementation of environmental protection program, the company press-service reported.

Thus, during the last year the company liquidated sludge pits at four well pads of Tchernogorskoye, Zapadno-Mogutlorskoye and Mokhtikovskoye oilfields. The total restored land area exceeded 14 thousand sq. m, the total volume of processed sludge amounted to 11.3 thousand cbm.

 

A significant part of the funds was spent within the frames of APG flaring emissions reduction program.

 

In 2013 Aganneftegasgeologia will  go on liquidating drilling wastes pits, sludge processing and raising APG utilization level.

The company didn’t advise to Interfax the amount of investments planned for these.

Aganneftegasgeologia  is the holder of exploitation licenses for three subsoil areas in KhMAO: Zapadno-Mogutlorsky license area (Zapadno-Mogutlorskoye, Mogutlorskoye,Vat-Yeganskoye, Severo-Pokachevskoye,  Zhilinskoye oilfields),  Roslavlsky license area (Roslavlskoye oilfield) and Tchukhlorsky license area ( Yuzhno-Roslavlskoye, Tchukhlorskoye oilfields)
