RussNeft incorporated seven subsidiaries in a single company

Tomsk. Shareholders of OOO Tomskaya Neft - a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft – took at their extraordinary meeting the decision on the company restructuring by way of accession to it of six limited liability companies.

According to the data base of SPARK-Interfax the following companies were taken over by OOO Tomskaya Neft: OOO Grushevoye, OOO Duklinskoye, OOO Sobolinoye, OOO Stolbovoye and OOO Fediushkinskoye. All they had been NK RussNeft subsidiaries  within Central Siberian group.

All the rights and liabilities of the assimilated companies were assigned to Tomskaya Neft.

Nail Garipov who used to head OOO Tonskaya Neft kept his position as the General Director of Tomskaya Neft.

OOO Tomskaya Neft owns eight oil and gas fields In the Tomsk region and one gas condensate field.

It was reported earlier that in the beginning of December the shareholders of  RussNeft’s subsidiary in the Volga region, Ulyanovskneft,  took the decision on restructuring too. Ulyanovskneft merged with OAO OGPD Penzaneft (Penza region) and ZAO JV Nafta-Ulyanovsk (Ulyanovsk).

Within the frames of the approved strategy RussNeft goes on forming a transparent corporate structure to raise the company’s work efficiency and cost optimization.
