OAO Belkamneft completed winterization

Izhevsk. OAO Belkamneft, a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft completed the planned winterization of power facilities for the period of 2012-2013.

As of today the whole complex of works necessary to ensure smooth functioning of the power facilities and the oilfield equipment at low temperatures is completed.

A special committee was formed up  to check whether the power supply system were ready for the winter period. The committee consisted of representatives of OAO Belkamneft, West Urals Department of Rostechnadzor (Russian Technical Supervisory Authority), and the subsidiary Udmurtenergo. The committee inspected technical position of the power facilities, compliance with the requirements of the Russian legislation in regard of industrial safety, functioning of the process inspection,  manning of working places with trained and qualified personnel, carrying out of emergency trainings  at low temperatures, availability of emergency stock and rotating pool.

The result of works conducted by OAO Belkamnneft  in order to get ready for the autumn-winter period was the positive opinion of the committee and obtaining of the winterization passport in due time.
