OAO “NAK”AKI-OTYR” continues the development of engineering infrastructure at Shapshinskaya group of oilfields.

Khanty-Mansiysk,KhMAO. OAO “NAK “AKI-OTYR”, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK “RussNeft”, continues the development of engineering infrastructure at Shapshinskaya group of oilfields.

At Verkhne-Shapshinskoye oilfield the construction of well pad №10 has been started, meant for drilling out 22 wells. In 2012 it is planned to drill 15 directional wells and 1 water-supply well. The expected initial flow rate will be – 55 tons per day/oil. The annual output is estimated to increase up to 60 thousand tons.     
Today back filling of well pad is in progress, the foundation for rig is under installation. Access road to well pad №10 is coming to the end. Its length is 4.6 km. Completion of engineer training of pad is scheduled for the end of December this year. In parallel with the end of well pad construction, delivery of equipment for rig-up operations will start. This will allow start the installation of drilling rig in January 2012. In total since the beginning of the development in 2008 at Verkhne-Shapshinskoye oilfield 70 wells were drilled, there were drilled 4 well pads, 24 km of roads, pressure pipeline 52 km length, a number of electric power lines. The first stage of booster pump station is preparing to be launched. 
Completion and commissioning of new production infrastructure facilities of Shapshinskaya group of oilfields in 2012 will allow OAO “NAK “AKI-OTYR” increase hydrocarbon production volume that 25% exceeds the rate of 2011.
