Ulianovsk. NK "RussNeft" and its subsidiary "Ulianovskneft" , within the frames of fulfilment of obligations under the Agreement "Mutual cooperation between the Government of the Ulianovsk Region and OAO NK "RussNeft" concerning financing of the regional projects, aimed at development of mass children's sports, built a number of children's playgrounds. \
The company assigned for this purpose twelve million rubles: seven million rubles in 2009 and five million rubles in the current year. The money was spent for construction of 21 playgrounds in the city of Ulianovsk, and one playground in Terengulsky district at the territory of a children's recreation camp "Beriozka". On the whole it is planned to build 30 children's playgrounds.
For teenagers in all the districts of the city there are constructed playgrounds equipped with rinks as well as sets of elements for gymnastics and tennis. For younger children there are playgrounds with merry-go-rounds and slides.
