Saratov. OAO NK “RussNeft” assigned to the Saratov Regional Association of development of football and other sports one million rubles for arrangement of children’s mass competitions. The Association annually arranges a football tournament among neighborhood teams for the Governor’s Cup. Children’s and youth teams from all the districts of the Saratov Region.
In 2010 the IX Regional Tournament was held, and the qualifying district and zonal competitions were being held since May 17 up to August 22, final matches took place on August 29-30.
