"Varioganneft" plans to receive more than 42 thousand tons in 2010 on the Varegansky sector of oil production.

Khanty-Mansiysk. In January-May 2010 OAO "Varioganneft" (a subsidiary of OAO NK "RussNeft") conducted about 100 programs to increase technological efficiency. It was within the frames of the program of geological and technical programs on the Variegansk license sector. Such measures 2 times exceeded index within the same period of 2009.

In particular, for the first 5 months of the current year 11hydro-fracturings  (GRP) were carried out, the oil company reports. In comparison with the results of 2009 they showed maximally effective results. In comparison with results of 2009, increase in the output from conducting GRP increased more than 3 times. The use of such technology allowed to receive 13 thousand extra tons of oil.

Till the end of 2010 the company planned to carry out seven more hydro-fracturings, thus the expected increase in the output at the Variegansky license sector can amount to 42 thousand tons of oil, which almost twice exceeds the planned indices of this year.
