«Aganneftegasgeologia» (a subsidiary of OAO NK “Russneft”) granted about 500 thousand rub. to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, home front veterans of Nizhnevartovsk District and to the Council of war and labor veterans of northern enterprises “Tyumengeologia”.
All 130 veterans – combatants, workers on the home front, former young prisoners of the Nazi camps within Nizhnevartovsk District – received targeted social assistance in еamount of 2 thousand rub. and holiday greetings from “Aganneftegasgeologia”, the company’s press-service reported to “Tyumenskaya liniya” agency.
Money assigned for the Council of war and labor veterans of northern enterprises “Tyumengeologia” was spent by NGO on public celebrations in honor of the 65th anniversary of the Great Victory. The “Tyumengeologia” Council of veterans unites several hundred geologists, oilmen, including participants of the Great Patriotic War and home front workers, honored by rewards for Victory and rewards for mineral resources development in Western Siberia.
OAO MPС “Aganneftegasgeologia” is not indifferent to veterans. Within the frames of the social veterans’ support program the oil enterprise annually pays them cash bonuses on May 9, Older Person’s Day, professional holiday of oil and gas industry workers, Christmas. In 2010 the multi-business company will continue to implement social veterans’ support programs.
