OAO "Belkamneft" completed upgrading of cheimical-analytical laboratories

Izhevsk. OAO "Belkamneft", a subsidiary of OAO NK "RussNeft" completed upgrading and expanding chemical-analytical laboratories at oil metering stations of oil delivery and acceptance stations "Chernovskoye", "Khmeliovka", "Debesy".

In the course of work new equipment was put into operation: "Spectroscan MAX GV", chromatographic complex "Crystall 5000.1", the apparatus for fractional distillation at atmospheric pressure  "DU-4 Eco ThermoPLUS". The company assigned about 14 million rubles for purchasing of the equipment. The process of oil analysis at the new equipment features high precision and speed of work, and can be performed without using hazardous reagents. Accreditation scope is  expanded to 4 additional kinds of analysis of oil delivered to the system OAO "AK "Transneft".

 

New equipment will help to perform the complete set of oil analyses right in the laboratories at the delivery and acceptance stations "Chernovskoye",  "Khmeliovka", "Debesy" of OAO "Belkamneft". Before that the samples of oil were sent to chemical-analytical laboratory of oil delivery and acceptance station "Malaya Purga". Upgrading of chemical-analytical laboratories  will increase productivity and raise efficiency of the production process.
