“Saratovneftegas” assigned in 2010 more than 50 million rubles for labor safety and protection.

Saratov. On the eve of the World Day of Safety and health at Work “Saratovneftegas” (a producing subsidiary of NK “RussNeft”) summed up its work in the field of industrial, ecological, fire and transport safety, labor protection, emergency prevention and liquidation. In 2009 the company’s investments in this sphere exceeded 50 million rubles.

The company liquidated 4 sludge tanks (places for temporary storage of oil-containing wastes) at production facilities of “Saratovneftegas” in Marxovsky, Sovetsky and Tatishchevsky dictricts of the Saratov Region. Sludge tanks are being liquidated at Zapadno-Rybushansky head facilities in Lysogorsky district.
“Saratoneftegas” is implementing a program for diagnostics and repair of pipeline systems for the years 2099-2010. This year the target is to diagnose 150 km of pipelines in order to replace defected parts. The company is building up a radiation control laboratory.
In 2010 “Saratovneftegas” is planning to develop target programs  in the sphere of industrial safety, ecology and labor protection.
