Quality of gas treatment has grown .

Saratov. “Saratovneftegas” (a producing subsidiary of NK “RussNeft”) has put into operation a new spectrophotometric analyzer of hydrogen sulfide at the hydrogen sulfide-containing gas treatment unit at the oil- gathering station “Limano-Grachiovsky”.

The automated system provides utilization of associated gas from the oilfields and supply of the gas to the inhabitants of Engels and Roslavl districts of the Saratov Region, Staropoltavsky district of the Volgograd Region.
The multi-wave spectrophotometric model 933 analyzer manufactured by AMETEK and functioning in ultra-violet scope monitors concentration of hydrogen in the treated gas which is supplied to customers. 
According to the experts of the company, the analyzer features high reliability, minimal operation costs, the possibility to check the reading at the flow and issuing emergency signal in case of exceedence. Owing to the new analyzer the quality of control over treatment of commercial gas supplied to consumers.
