‘”RussNerft” is going to assign 60 million rubles for upgrading of power system of Orsk refinery.

Orenburg. The oil company “RussNeft” is planning to assign in 2010 about 60 million rubles for reconstruction of the power system of its subsidiary “Orsknefteorgsintez” (the largest refinery in Orenburg Region).

“The program of reconstruction includes introduction of the latest generation equipment into systems of relay protection and automation. Quick-acting and power-saving microprocessor equipment will eliminate pre-emergency situations, arisen through power failures. It will permit to exercise systematic self-diagnostics and control, to memorize and  archive the transiesnt process for further analysis as well as transfer  information through the plant local net to the central control desk”, -  says the message.
According to the data of press-service, all the works in the power system of Orsk refinery will not affect production level  of the plant – in particular, oil processing.
OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez” is a subsidiary refinery of the company “RussNeft”, Production capacity of the plant is about 6.6 million tons per year. The set of technological processes permits to produce 30 kinds of different products.
