10.02.2010 “Oren.ru”

Orsk. “Orsknefteorgsintez” ( a subsidiary of NK “RussNeft”) within the frames of ecological program in 2009 invested 20 million rubles in recultivation of the lands of the industrial ground.

Recultivation of worked-out bleaching  clay is being carried on in parallel with improving of technological processes of oil refining. Biological  methods of  clean-up including the use of microorganisms  permit to reach the level of soil fertility equal to that of adjacent soils  with reconditioning of grassy turf. A recultivated, ecologically clean area  6.5 hectares was given over by ONOS to the city in 2009.

All the quantities of slop products up to 45 thousand tons per year resulting from oil processing and cleaning of reservoir park are  delivered to special  plants and the excreted product is delivered for recovery.
In 2010 the works at the industrial ground will be continued. “RussNeft” os planning to assign for this purpose 20 million rubles. Ecological measures implemented by the oilmen are aimed at improving of ecological situation in the city an in the region on the whole.
