Orsk. «RussNeft» has invested more than 2 million Rubles for the purchase of the atomic-absorption spectrometer for the Central laboratory of "Orsknefteorgsintez".
This is the fifth apparatus that was delivered to "Orsknefteorgsintez" under realization of Technical Regulations "On requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, jet fuel and heating oil" adopted by the Russian Government. This Regulations and changes in GOST regarding automobile gasoline provide for the ecological safety improvement of domestic fuel. Stringent requirements are imposed on sulphur content, heavy metals, octane number, etc. The use of the spectrometer significantly extends potential of the Central laboratory of the enterprise. The introduction of modern equipment at "Orsknefteorgsintez" will allow to ensure production output in conformity with the international quality standards.
