The increase of the net profit resulted from the increase of rescue at the expense of the rise in the dollar.
"RussNeft" is among the top ten oil and gas companies of Russia. In 2007 the production capacity made 14.2 mln tons, throughput - 7.4 mln tons. NEP exceed 630 mln tons. The structure of the company includes 21 extractive enterprises, 2 refineries, petroleum terminal in the Bryansk Region, and also 96 gas filling stations in the Orenburg Region. The enterprises of the company are situated in 14 regions of Russia and CIS.
The authorized capital of the company makes 100 mln Rubles. There were issued 100 thousand of ordinary shares with nominal value of 1 thous. Rubles at that amount.
According to the data from IPC "DataCapital" the net profit of RussNeft by RAS in 2008 made 10.582 bln. Rubles in comparison with 12.251 bln. Rubles of losses a year before. The rescue increased by 20% up to $8.09 bln.
