RussNeft Allocated 566 mln Rubles into Orsknefteorgsintez Modernization in 2006

Moscow. March, 1.INTERFAX-NAI – Oil and Gas Company RussNeft allocated over 566 mln rubles into modernization of its subsidiary OAO Orsknefteorgsintez (ONOS), oil refinery report says.

The expenses on worn-out equipment replacement increased almost two-fold against 2005 and composed around 353 mln rubles.

At the year-end the company increased crude oil refining by 31.7% up to 4.7 mln tons, gasoline production increased by a third – up to over 722 thousand tons.

A major investment project last year was a catalyst replacement at the reformer. With the help of the project the share of high-octane gasoline produced amounted and the effectiveness of crude refining was raised.

The expense on an ecological program in 2006 grew three-fold up to 165 mln rubles. In 2006 the company allocated 928 mln rubles to the budgets of all levels and extra-budgetary funds. This is almost twice the amount of taxes paid in 2005. 87 mln rubles have been allocated to the Orsk budget, 383 mln rubles – to the regional budget, over 357 mln rubles - to the federal budget, 100.6 mln rubles – to extra-budgetary funds.
