The Federal Service for Financial Markets, or FSFM, has registered the first issue of documentary interest-bearing non-convertible bearer bonds of RussNeft to be distributed by public subscription, the press-service said in a statement.
The issuer is placing 7 million bonds at a nominal value of one thousand rubles each. Thus, the total amount of the issue makes up 7 billion rubles.
RussNeft is a vertically integrated oil company and one of the ten first-rate oil and gas companies of Russia.
RussNeft structures 25 producing, refining and transport entities, as well as a retail network of petrol stations. The total recoverable reserves of RussNeft exceed 600 million tons.
