FSFM Registers Debut Issue of RussNeft Bonds amounting to 7 Billion Rubles.

At today’s meeting the Federal Service for Financial Markets, or FSFM, has made a decision to register the issue of 01 series non-convertible interest- bearing documentary bearer bonds of NK RussNeft OAO to be distributed by public subscription.

The news is spread by FSFM press center. In compliance with the announced decision on the capital issue, the issuer shall place 7 million bonds at a nominal value of one thousand rubles, total amount of the issue (at the nominal rate) being 7 billion rubles. The public registration number of the issue is 4-01-39134-H. The circulation period of 01 series bonds of RussNeft has been stipulated as 5 years, or 1820 days.
Alfa Bank is going to be a pay and issue placement agent.
RussNeft is a vertically integrated oil company established in 2002 by ex-president of oil and gas company Slavneft Mikhail Gutseriev. RussNeft includes 25 producing, refining and transport companies as well as a modern retail network of petrol stations found in 13 regions of Russia and CIS. RussNeft operates in West Siberia, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Ulyanovsk, Penza, Samara, Bryansk and Leningrad regions, Krasnodarsky krai, Republics of Udmurtia, Komi and Byelorussia. The total recoverable reserves of RussNeft exceed 600 million tons. Its annual oil production has reached 15 million tons.
