Moscow, 24th November, Interfax- ANI – Federal Service for Financial Markets, or FSFM, registered Thursday bond issue of 01 series by Oil and Gas Company RussNeft OAO (Moscow), to the amount of seven billion rubles, says a statement of the Federal Service.
The issue consists of seven million bonds at one thousand rubles each. The public registration number of the issue is 4-01-39134-H.
The loan circulation time is 5 years, or 1820 days.
The bonds are planned to be distributed by public subscription at a face-value of MMVB’s Federal Exchange.
Alfa-bank is appointed as an underwriter and loan pay agent, the National Depositary Center will be used as a depositary.
Presentation of the Debt Finance Program is scheduled for the 30th November, Wednesday.
As was reported earlier, RussNeft is a potential buyer of the assets offered for sale by TNK (РТС: TNKO) – BP, including Saratovneftegas with 1.6 million ton annual oil output, Udmurtneft (РТС: UDMN) with 5.5 million ton annual oil output, Orsknefteorgsynthez Refinery and retail network Orenburgnefteproduct possessing some 100 petrol stations.
At the same time official representatives of RussNeft say that the bond issue is aimed at attracting beneficial long-term financing and paying off the old loans.
In the end of 2003 RussNeft already announced about its plans to issue bonds to the amount of 1.5 billion rubles however that issue was not placed.
According to the official information currently RussNeft features 25 producing, refining and transport companies, as well a retail network of petrol stations in 13 regions of Russia and CIS. The total recoverable reserves of RussNeft exceed 600 million tons; its annual oil output has reached 15 million tons.
