A number of schools and boarding schools of the Ulyanovsk oblast are in for financial support form Oil and Gas Company RussNeft to the amount of 12.5 million rubles.
Thanks to the financial support from the Oil Company, the heating system of the school building, food unit, bath and wash-house will be repaired at Novoulyanovsk special boarding school ‘Parus’ for orphans and children removed from parental care. Also support will be rendered for the heating system major repairs at Baranovsk and Bazarnosyzgansk special boarding schools.
According to the press-center of the local administration, 3.5 million rubles have been allotted to Kuzovatovsk boarding school. The sponsor means were used to repair the roof of the bedrooms building, sewerage, heating main, food-house, bath and laundry complex.
Out of the 12.5 million rubles of the sponsor means more than 9.5 millions will be used to repair the buildings, seven of them have been already spent. More than three million rubles will be spent to buy school furniture.
The financing for repairing children’s and educational institutions of the Ulyanovsk oblast is done by RussNeft in the framework of the cooperation agreement singed by the management of the Company and the government of the Ulyanovsk oblast. One of the first stages in the implementation of this agreement was donation of ambulance cars for medical institutions of the oblast.
