Saratov. The team of OAO Saratovneftegaz, the subsidiary of RussNeft, has taken part in Ski Track of Russia-2016 (“Lyzhnya Rossii 2016”).
The employees of Saratovneftegaz have participated in the regional competition for the Saratov Region Governor`s prizes under the ХХХIV All-Russia race Ski Track of Russia-2016. The mass race took place in Bazarno-Karabulakskiy district. The Company workers (both men and women) started the 10-km race together with the teams of other industrial enterprises of the region.
It is noteworthy that regular hosting of mass sporting events, targeted at maintaining and promotion of healthy lifestyle, is one of the essential components of corporate culture of Saratovneftegaz. Thus, for its lifetime the Company has hosted more than 30 of Spartakiada Games, where hundreds of employees of Saratovneftegaz and its affiliates, as well as their family members, participate annually. Football, basketball and skiing competitions have evidently been favorites with oilmen. Such events make the employees feel part of a big group, united with the common goal, cultivating team spirit of the personnel.
The Company does not limit itself to intra-corporate events in its support for the sport – it gives donations to youth sports schools and clubs of Saratov region, allocating funds both for sporting facilities and for the youth participation in training camps and competitions of the federal level.
Besides, Saratovneftegaz often sponsors the most massive sporting events of the region.
