Ulyanovsk. OAO Ulyanovskneft, the subsidiary of Russneft, is improving the efficiency of its oilfields services.

In particular, repair crews No. 1 and 4 of the Office of Well Servicing and Workover have divided their functions according to the areas of focus. The Crew No.4 has been fully equipped for the well workover (powerful WO truck APR-60/80, tall pipe rack, rotary base and so on).  It means that Crew No.4 would be engaged only in workover, while Crew No.1 – in production maintenance of well (well servicing). This “facilitation” of list of equipment and optimization of logistical system resulted in increased mobility of the latter Crew. The Crew is delivered only by lifting device and tool car, having been supplied additionally with 24-hour automobile. Besides, a sleeping facility is assigned to the Mordovoozyorskoye oilfield. Due to reduction of the time spent on delivery and loading operations, the responding to the well failure happens much faster. The undertaken optimization allows the oilmen to reduce time of well servicing and workover, as well as to increase productive time.
