SAFMAR charitable foundation granted more ambulance vehicles to Udmurtiya.

Izhevsk. Udmurtiya. SAFMAR charitable foundation granted 5 ambulance vehicles to the local institutions in Udmurtiya.

This is the third set of the vehicles. In total SAFMAR will provide 25 vehicles to the medical institutions in course of two years, with 20 vehicles in 2016.

Aleksandr Soloviyev, Head of Udmurtiya, Ministry of Healthcare representatives, heads of municipal medical institutions took part in the solemn event held at Izhevsk ambulance station.

SAFMAR was represented by Yuriy Fedorov, AO Belkamneft General Director, who welcomed the guests on behalf of Mikhail Gutseriev, Chairman of the Foundation Board. He said that granting of the ambulance vehicles is the further step to improve the regional healthcare system as well as a good example of a successful cooperation between the government and the business in consideration of the interests of Udmurtiya people.
The grant of SAFMAR, established by Mikhail Gutseriev, will help to meet the targets of transporting the patients from the remote districts into the central district hospitals. In addition it will significantly consolidate the facilities and resources of health institutions in the villages of Udmurtiya.


Mikhail Gutseriev, businessman and SAFMAR founder proposed his personal support in implementing of some charitable and social projects in Udmurtiya. He supported construction of the Russian Orthodox churches, educational and sports facilities.
Thus 1 bn 650 mln rubles has been allocated for the socially significant programs he managed, since 2004 and until now in Udmurtiya.
