OAO VARIYOGANNEFT HOLDS PROFESSIONAL CONTEST

Raduzhny. About 90 employees of Variyoganneft, a production subsidiary of RussNeft, competed in 15 categories of the professional contest.

 OAO Variyoganneft has held the annual “Best  in Profession” contest. The professional competition was traditionally comprised of two stages - theoretical and practical. The theoretical stage was intended to demonstrate the participants basic knowledge of production process and occupational health and safety, whereas the practical one – to display mastery and proficiency in everyday practical skills.

The winners of the competitions are as follows:

“Best Oil and Gas Production Operator” – Murad Dzhafarov

“Best Chemical Analysis Technician” – Olga Zinkovskaya

“Best Geologist” – Semyon Svistunov

“Best Technologist “ (Process Engineer) – Rishat  Tulyabaev

“Best Well-Surveying Operator” – Oleg Kanshaev

“Best Process Pump Operator” – Danil Fauzetdinov

“Best  Process Unit Operator” – Zaur Muckailov

“Best OilField Equipment Maintenance Man” – Vladimir Kotolovskiy

“Best Well Servicing and Workover Shift” – Rinat Salimov, Gairatzhon Valiev, Matlab Amanov, Damir Mannapov

“Best Electric and Gas Welder” – Rufat Badretdinov

“Best Supply and Maintenance Support Electrician” – Nadir Medzhidov

“Best Instrumentation and Control Maintenance Man” – Pavel Byltsev

“Best Boiler Operator” – Natalia Sablina

“Best Electronic Engineer” – Ildar Chensov

“Best Turner” - Alexander Khvastunov.

Such contests contribute greatly to solving the top priority issues: improving the personnel creativity and motivation, studying and disseminating cutting-edge practices, upgrading personnel qualifications among both experienced and young employees.
