SERGEY STEPASHIN, THE FORMER AUDIT CHAMBER HEAD BECOMES A MEMBER OF THE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PJSC “RUSSNEFT”

Moscow. PJSC „RussNeft“ Board of Directors has the new members and now includes 13 people with 4 non-executive directors, according to the report on the issuing results.

The Board of Directors involves Mikhail Gutseriev, the co-owner of the Company, Oleg Gordeev, the Company’s President, Vladimir Scherbak and Alexander Beard, two Glencore officials. Andrey Derekh, Yuniter Investment Company  representative, Viktor Martynov, Rector of Gubkin State University of Oil and Gas, Robert Skidelsky, Rusnano Capital and Sergey Stepashin who headed the Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation from 2000 to 2013 also became the members of the Board.

Dmitry Romanov, PJSC “RussNeft” Vice-president for Corporate Relations, Said Gutseriev, General Director of Forteinvest and Sait-Salam Gutseriev, Chairman of Korporatsia A.N.D. Board of Directors, Mikail Shishkhanov, Chairman of Binbank Board of Directors and Andrey Zarubin, the General Director of Neftisa are were included into the members list as well.

As said earlier PJSC “RussNeft” Board of Directors plans to elect a new President of the Company.

The Company completed the split of shares after secondary offering which resulted into Glencore’s share decreasing from 46% to 25%, the Gutseriev family share growing from 54% to 75%. The new Board of Directors includes only two representatives from Glencore
