PJSC “RUSSNEFT” FULFILLED THE PROGRAM OF COMPENSATORY PAYMENTS TO THE NATIVES OF THE NORTH

PJSC “RussNeft” allocated above 12 mln rubles to the compensatory payments to the natives of the North, their representatives are living at the licenses developed by OAO MPN Aganneftegazgeologiya, the oil and gas (Nizhnevartovsky district).

The company operates on the area related to the territories of traditional natural resources use, belonging to 52 families of the Yugra natives. Pursuant to the agreements concluded with each family living at the territory, the funds are allocated to the purchase of materials, equipment, fuel, oil and lubricants necessary for the life in forest lands.

One more traditional form of cooperation of PJSC “RussNeft” oil production companies and the natives of the North living at the territory of Nizhnevartovsk district is concluding social and economic agreement between the users of natural resources and administration of the municipal unit. The subsidiaries of the oil producing holding allocated the funds to the social development of the national village Variogan. The program included the sponsorship of Olenenok kindergarten, village school, culture center and ethnographic park and museum. The oilmen also sponsored the national sports competitions.
