BELORUSNEFT MAY PROVIDE OILFIELD SERVICES FOR GUTSERIEV`S COMPANY

MINSK. Belarusian Oil and Gas Production Association Belorusneft is negotiating the possibility of implementation of joint projects with Russian RussNeft, owned by businessman Mikhail Gutseriev.

Gutseriev is well-known in Belarus as an investor in the construction of a new potash factory on-site at the Nezhinsky potassium salt deposit in Minsk Region, and also as investor in IT-sector. Gutseriev runs the digital projects together with Belarusian businessman Victor Prokopenya.

“Last week the delegation of PJSC “RussNeft” headed by President of the Company Evgeny Tolochek visited Belorusneft. The guests conducted negotiations with Association`s top  managers, got acquainted with laboratory facilities and core divisions of BelNIPIneft, innovative technologies, complex projects of increasing oil recovery and production stimulation technologies, as well as with  drilling facilities, equipment and productive capacities of the Plugging Department”, the press-team of Belorusneft said to Sputnik news agency. They also narrated that Belarusian Gas Processing Plant, along with operations with use of unique SKIF® technology at well No.81 of Marmovichskoye oilfield, had attracted the attention of Russian guests.

PJSC “RussNeft” was founded in 2002 and has become the only big Russian oil company which was made up through consolidation of its competitor`s assets, rather than through privatization.
