The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of RussNeft will be held on June 21, 2019 in Moscow, the company said.
“The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC “RussNeft” to be held on June 21, 2019, at 12:00 in the form of a meeting (joint attendance of shareholders),” according to the announcement.
The agenda of the annual meeting, in particular, includes approval of the annual report of RussNeft for 2018, distribution of profits for the last year, including the payment of dividends on the company's shares. The agenda also includes election of members of the Board of Directors, approval of the company's Articles of Association as amended and other issues.
