The increment of recoverable resources at Tagrinskoye oil, gas and condensate field of PJSC “RussNeft” may reach up to 10 mln tonnes, the press-service of the Company reports.
The field is located in Nizhnevartovsk district of KhMAO-Yugra and partially in Purovskiy district of Yamalo-Nenetskiy Autonomous District. The outlooks of further development of Tagrinskoye field are related to development of Achimov deposits. PJSC “RussNeft” obtained the licenses for geological survey of the new sites of the field in 2018 and 2019.
PJSC “RussNeft” expects significant increment of the resource base at Tagrinskoye field. It is reported that the the increment at Tagrinskoye field of PJSC “RussNeft” may amount up to 10 mln tonnes. The results of the seismics at the Eastern side and to the south of Vostochno-Kalinoviy site of the field allowed the geologists of the Company to expect 5 mln tonnes of increment from each site.
PJSC “RussNeft” is among the largest oil companies by crude oil production in Russia.
The Company possesses a well-balanced portfolio of assets located in the key Russian oil and gas provinces (West Siberia, Volga-Urals and Central Siberia) as well as in Azerbaijan. The amount of the proved and probable reserves (2P) of the Company increases 200 mln tonnes.
