PJSC “RUSSNEFT” ENGAGES SPECIALISTS WITH HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

The company focuses much on engaging young and promising employees, as per PJSC “RussNeft” press-office. To meet this objective representatives of the oil company regularly meet students of higher educational institutions in the cities where the Company operates.

In October and November, representatives of the Company’s Ulyanovsk branch held meetings with students of educational institutions from Ulyanovsk and Penza regions. These activities let the students of Ulyanovsk Electrical and Mechanical College, College of Ulyanovsk State Technical University, Ulyanovsk Multidisciplinary College, Dimitrovgrad Technical College, Ryazanovsky Agricultural College, Inza State College of Industrial Technologies of Economics and Law, Kuznetsk Multidisciplinary College, Bolshenagatkinsky Technical School of Technology and Service, Novospassky Technological College learn about carrier opportunities in the oil company. As part of their communication with company representatives, students asked numerous questions related to their future work. The students were told about the history of the enterprise, discussed employment opportunities and were informed about the requirements for future specialists. Young professionals also learned about measures of support and prospects for professional growth The company’s press service recalled that the Ulyanovsk branch of RussNeft regularly invites students from educational institutions in the region to undergo internships in production.
