According to RussNeft press service, the Rovesnik Children's Wellness Center of the Marksovsky district once again opened its doors to 100 of the strongest athletes of the Saratov region from 14 branches of "Rehabilitation and Physical Education" school: Atkarsk, Balashova, Balakovo, Volsk, Ershov, Kalininsk, Krasnoarmeysk, Marx, Petrovsk, Pugachev, Rtishchevo, Saratov, Khvalynsk and Engels. The program of the sports contest included competitions in athletics, darts, swimming, table tennis and checkers. Throughout the competition, the young athletes actively supported each other, rooted for their team- mates, showed truly Olympic endurance, giving their all for victory. Konstantin Lisenkov, two-time champion of the Paralympic Games in swimming, multiple champion and record holder of the world, Europe and Russia, and Malyak Aliyeva, silver medalist of the Paralympic Games in table tennis, European champion, multiple champion of Russia, came to support the children. "I also started out like you. Performed at sports contests and festivals. We also had guests, and among them were Konstantin Lisenkov and Denis Tarasov. They were a role model for me. I also wanted to achieve big goals, to get to the Paralympic Games. And I wish you to also have a goal, no matter if it's a sport or something else. I want you to go to this goal, because you are all strong!", - Alieva told the children. "I look at the stack of diplomas and certificates, and every year there are more and more of them! This is good news. I wish you success," Lisenkov added briefly. By tradition, all participants were awarded memorable gifts.
