This year the Nizhnevartovsk region celebrates 96 years since its founding. The festival and celebratory events mark the anniversary of the region. Sponsorship was provided to the celebration of the founding day of the Nizhnevartovsk region by PJSC “RussNeft”. This was reported by the company's press service.
“The Nizhnevartovsk branch of the company, as part of an agreement with the municipality, allocated funds to organize celebrations for the 96th anniversary of the formation of the region and the arts festival “My Heart is Nizhnevartovsk Region,” the company’s press release says.
The press service also noted that the company regularly sponsors national holidays of the indigenous people of Ugra. Among them, including “Day of Arrival of the Hoodie Crow”, “Day of Oblas”, “Day of the Hunter and Reindeer Herder” and “Autumn Festival”.
Worth reminding that in May the company provided support for the Sobinov Music Festival in Saratov. The event was dedicated to the 220th anniversary of Mikhail Glinka and the 90th anniversary of Alfred Schnittke. The festival contributes into popularization of classical music among a wide audience.
The company reported that they plan to continue working together with the administration of the Nizhnevartovsk region in order to conduct socially important programs.
