The press service of the oil company reported the results of the production costs optimization program launched more than eight years ago. During this period, over 650 projects have been implemented. According to internal estimates, the total economic effect exceeded 2 billion rubles.
In 2024, the scientific and technical board of the company reviewed and recommended the implementation of 78 new initiatives. The subjects of the projects include such areas as well repair and maintenance, energy efficiency, production engineering, oil and gas treatment and transportation, construction of infrastructure, as well as HSE measures. Special attention is paid to the introduction of lean production principles.
Professionals from various structural units participate in the design and implementation of projects. The program contemplates the involvement of employees at all levels, including production and design blocks.
It bears reminding that, in the spring of 2024, with the support of the company, an intensive course for applicants was held at Gubkin State University as part of educational initiatives. The participants solved practice-oriented problems related to industrial processes.
In April, the Nizhnevartovsk branch of PJSC “RussNeft” hosted the Second Scientific and Technical Conference of Young Professionals, the main task of which was to encourage the creative and research activities of the reserve pool of the company's enterprises.
