PJSC “RussNeft” continues to implement educational projects. According to the company`s press service, schoolchildren from the regions where the company`s enterprises operate took part in an educational project implemented by the Company jointly with the Gubkin Russian Oil and Gas University since 2010.
The project aims to prepare applicants for the Unified State Exam (USE) for successful admission to higher education institutions.
The intensive course is taught online by Gubkin University teachers, significantly expanding the range of participants to gain additional knowledge in major subjects.
One of the strategic objectives of this educational project is to train high-end professionals for oil and gas industry, including for RussNeft enterprises.
The educational project is a major area of the corporate social responsibility policy.
The company's training activities is in tune with the state education policy. The Education national project had been in force in Russia until 2024. Its key point was to provide opportunities for self-realization and talent development, to create an effective system for identifying, supporting, and developing the abilities of children and young people, as well as their professional guidance. Since 2025, the new national project "Youth and Children" ensures the continuity of these tasks.
It bears reminding that due to such initiatives, a modern educational infrastructure is being created across the country. The Professionalitet project focused on training personnel for the real sector of the economy, has become a key element of the secondary vocational education system. Students gain practical skills in educational and industrial clusters across the country.
Thus, the company's work in training future specialists fits seamlessly into the national agenda and contributes to the achievement of state-set goals.
