Moscow. Sistema sells 49% of RussNeft to companies close to Mikhail Gutseriev for $1.2 billion. For this amount, AFK may buy the company’s Ural assets counting for a half of its production.
Moscow. RussNeft intends to increase its oil production output by 5.6% in 2014 to reach 15 million tons per annum, according to Mikhail Gutseriev, President of the company.
St-Petersburg. AFK Sistema (RTS: AFKS) may buy a part of the producing assets of RussNeft (RTS: RUSN) under an option for the same amount that it sold its 49% interest in the parent company, as Mikhail Gutseriev said to Interfax.
