Izhevsk. Traditional oilmen hockey competition for OAO Belkamneft prizes was held in Izhstal Ice Palace on March 30, 2013. Hokey teams from Izhevsk (Belkamneft and Udmurtneft), Ulyanovsk (Neftyanik) and Neftekamsk (Polyus) have participated in the competition this year.
