Ulyanovsk. On the eve of the New Year the largest oil producing holding “RussNeft” sums up the results of collaboration with the Administration of Ulyanovsk Region. The Company implements large-scale social programs in regions where the Company carries out oil production. The cooperation is undertaken on the basis of agreements with the administrations with the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Such Agreement on socio-economic development the Company annually enters into with the Government of Ulyanovsk oblast. In 2011 the overall contribution of OAO NK “RussNeft” and its subsidiary enterprise OAO “Ulyanovskneft” to the social sphere of our region amounted to more than 53 million rubles.

Izhevsk. OAO “Belkamneft”, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK “RussNeft”, completed the construction of distributing point at Tzentralnoye oilfield. As was reported to “FederalPress” today, December, 14, in “RussNeft” press-service, estimated cost of new energy facility amounted to 20.5 million rubles.

Raduzhniy. KhMAO. In 2011 OAO “Varioganneft” implemented a program for improving the efficiency of field development at Variogan oil block. For this purpose during the year the company drilled 37 wells, while the comparable figure of the year 2011 totaled 11 wells.

The activity is being carried on in accordance with the general corporate policy of OAO NK “RussNeft” in the field of environment protection, labor protection and the Health, Safety and Environment Management System, based on international standards ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
