Izhevsk. OAO “Belkamneft” (a subsidiary enterprise of OAO “NK ”RussNeft”) in 2011 plans to produce 4.2 mln. tons of oil, that 6.2% exceeds the last year figure (3.955 mln. tons), the company informs.
