No 4-01-39134-H dd November 24, 2005) on the annual interest rate of 13% which amounts to 64,82 rubles for 1 security with nominal value of 1000 rubles. According to the issuer the total sum of payments amounted to 211.633 million rubles. The bonds have 10 half-year coupons and the date of maturity is 10.12.2010. The issue was placed at the stock exchange of the Moscow Interbank CurrencyExchange by public subscription.
