Ulianovsk. A gala concert, which resurrected the atmosphere of prewar and the first war days was held on a sunny May Day in the Gas-and Oilmen’s Park. The enterprises of oil and gas producing branch of the Ulianovsk Region congratulated their former employees – veterans of the Great Patriotic War, of home front.

Saratov. This exposition is only being prepared to appear before visitors. The museum at Saratov DIA will be opened one of these days. But on the eve of Victory Day an exclusion was made for veterans of war. Front veterans, their friends and families, members of the Social Council of the city DIA became the first guests of the museum yet before its official “presentation”.

OAO "Varioganneft" (integrated in the structure of OAO NK "RussNeft") and subsidiaries of the company will, on the eve of the Victory Day, render material support to their former employees - veterans of the Great Patriotic War. Only four of the witnesses of the years of war are still alive - those who saw active service, workers of the home front, prisoners of fascist concentration camps.

Izhevsk OAO "Belkamneft" - a subsidiary of NK "RussNeft" - put into operation at Butanovskoye oilfield a line oil heater running on natural gas, which saves up to 5 million rubles per year. This is the information received from the press-service of the company.

"Orsknefteorgsintez" (a subsidiarty of NK "RussNeft") assigned more than 2 million rubles for bonuses and presents to its former employees, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and oil chemists of the war years. 38 front-line soldiers and 304 veterans of home front celebrated the 65th jubilee of the Great Victory. Among them there were bearers of highest governmental awards: Order of Lenin , Order Red Star Order, Order of the Great Patriotic War.
