Last year “RussNeft” and its subsidiary “Saratovneftegas” assigned more than 40 million rubles for implementation of social projects in our region.

According to the press – service of OAO “Orsnefteorsyntez”, financial audit is fulfilled at the subsidiary of “RussNeft”. For the whole year representatives from “Orgenergoneft”, an independent licensed entity from Samara, have been performing the audit at the plant. The experts were very meticulous while examining and estimating the conditions of the industrial facilities.

The “RussNeft” company financed the innovation project of the geological department at the Saratov State University. The project is called “Creation of the scientific and educational complex called ”New technologies of the mineral deposit research and rational exploitation of natural resources” and presupposes creation of two laboratories, one of petrophysics, the other of new methods of geophysical exploration.

Work with the young generation is one of the priority directions in the human resource management of the “Varieganneft” JC. The executives of the entity believe that high level of professional training is highly important for their future success and achievements. Today there are applied several social programs the aim of which is to support young employees and to raise their professional level. Special attention is paid to those possessing the status of a young expert as the most active and qualified representatives of the young generation of “Varieganneft”.

The Group of companies of OAO “Belkamneft” (a subsidiary of OAO Oil and Gas company “RussNeft”) have summarized the operations over a period of 9 months in 2007. According to the company’s press-service, oil production in September exceeded the plan figures on 1 % totaling to 326, 909 thousand tons. In general, starting from the beginning of this year the actual volume of production exceeded the plan figures on 1,6% totaling to 3 million 607 thousand tons.
