OAO Oil & Gas Company “RussNeft” has won the All-Russian contest “The Best Accounting Department in Russia - 2006”. The aim of the contest is to provide social encouragement to the best accounting departments of enterprises and institutions engaged in different spheres of business and of different forms of ownership, which successfully resolve the problems of efficient organization and implementation of accounting in present-day conditions.
Orenburg. April, 20. INTERFAX – Orsknefteorgsintez, OAO - the Orenburg oblast, Oil and Gas Company RussNeft’s subsidiary –from January through March has increased crude oil refining by 16.6% fourth-to-fourth up to 1 mln 242.3 thousand tons, Interfax was told at the company.
Closer cooperation among the authorities, business and the society has recently become one of the most important directions in social policy of the government in Saratov region. Now we can state that this direction is successfully developing mostly due to the fact that the hugest business sector has realized the necessity to invest into the raising of living standards of people living in the region and now is developing its charity projects.

In April this year the largest upstream subsidiary of Oil and Gas Company “Russneft”, OAO “Belkamneft” is celebrating its 10-th anniversary. During these years the company has become an advanced enterprise in terms of the rate of development. In 2006oil production volume exceeded 4 million tons, and, according to the General Director of the OAO, Vladimir Ignatko, the development prospects of the company are clearly determined: improvement of oil production technologies, further build-up of production and resource base.
